Roco Ki developing for luxury tourism in the Dominican Republic.

Residential luxury community being developed in the region of Punta Cana, Dominican Republic is welcoming the addition of Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, a global leader in the luxury hospitality. Fairmont Roco Ki, scheduled to open in 2010, will join the picturesque beachfront properties, villas and tropical Faldo The Legacy Golf Course.

The complex offers spectacular views of the Caribbean Sea and the Nick Faldo-designed championship 18-hole golf course, along the beach through a dense mangrove forest and stretches with breathtaking views of the turquoise sea. Once completed, Fairmont Roco Ki will include a hotel of 255 rooms, Fairmont Residences - a collection of condos, villas and houses mass - and Fairmont Heritage Place, a private residence club.

The complex also will include restaurants and bars, 17500 square feet of meeting space, 15000 square feet Willow Stream spa and gym and swimming pool and beach.
