Sosua Headed for Easter with Vico Real Estate

Easter is the Christian holy week that runs from Palm Sunday to Easter Sunday. This is the period of most intense activity within the Church, as the week in which is a memorial of the passion, death and resurrection of Jesus Christ.

Year after year, we all hope the Easter and more we work, because we take this week to go on a long weekend or a full week to enjoy the fabulous beaches which offers the north coast of the Dominican Republic.

This year Vico Real Estate has fabulous bids for properties, especially with Ocean view or close to the beach, like Sosua, Cabarete, Puerto Plata, among others. This is a great opportunity, where you set the conditions for how you would like to live and thus enjoy the wonders of nature in their own paradise. In the area of Puerto Plata abound beaches like Playa Grande, Cabarete Beach, Golden Beach, the Charamicos and the Batey, in Sosua, Nagua or Cofresí Beach. All are part of the Amber Coast and notable for its white sands and crystal clear waters, and its hotels and restaurants.

Inside the island, in the Mount Isabel de Torres, is the cable car that takes you to a botanical garden, 730 meters, above sea level. To the west of Puerto Plata, in the small fishing town of Luperon, is the place where Christopher Columbus established the first European town in the Americas: The Isabela. For golf enthusiasts, Golden Beach has an 18-hole golf course. At night, you can choose from a dozen restaurants, bars, nightclubs, casinos and nightclubs. The small town of Sosua, with its atmosphere that moves to relax and enjoy nature, was originally place of settlement of Jewish refugees arriving from Europe during World War II, and today is known for its beautiful beaches, restaurants, and its night life, as it says that when Puerto Plata lies down, Sosua wakes up.

Only 15 minutes east of Sosua, this village located between bay and lagoon attracts fans windsurfing. There are carried out stages of the World Cup tournament of the Windsurfing Association and takes place every year Cabarete Race Week (a week of powers).
