Sub-Tropical Storm Olga Sosua, Puerto Plata

Surprisingly for all emergency agencies and even more for Dominicans came a big Christmas surprise, a tropical storm, which in this case for the technical agencies have considered sub-tropical storm named Olga.

The storm was formed on Monday on the Virgin Islands 10 days after the end of the cyclonic season. The Dominican authorities issued a report on Red Alert throughout the country especially the North Coast.
